OPAC is an acronym for " Online Public Access Catalog"

You can use the NGU libraries' OPAC to:

1) become fully aware of the books available in the library to borrow

2) use on/off-campus, and also

After finding the book you need on the OPAC you can click on it and it will show a page showing the details of that book:

After scrolling down a bit, you will find more information on how to find the book on the shelf. 

Item type/Status: Tell you whether you can borrow the book or not

Current Library: The library where the book is shelved

Call Number: Tells you the place of the book on the shelf


The call number can be found on the spine of the book
