The Digital Resources Directory page provides a wide range of information sources, including scholarly journals and specialized databases. These resources can be classified into three categories based on how they are accessed.

Egyptian Knowledge Bank Resources:

You can access the Egyptian Knowledge Bank resources from anywhere in Egypt, whether or not connected to New Giza University network. Please read the tutorial to discover how to access, create an account, and use the databases provided through it.

Open access (OA) Resources:

The term "open access" (OA) refers to information that is freely accessible online. For both readers and authors, Open Access Scholarly Literature is free and often has fewer restrictive copyright and license barriers than traditionally published materials. While open access is a relatively new type of scholarly publishing, many open access journals follow well-established peer-review processes and adhere to high publishing standards."
There are no geographical restrictions on these resources, so they can be accessed from anywhere at any time.

NGU Resources:

These are resources available to members of the New Giza University community only through the library.
These types of resources can be accessed through the New Giza University network without the need to provide login information. in case you need to access it outside NGU Network, look for the 'How to access' field in the resource description, which will tell you whether it is available off-campus, and what is required steps to access it.
