Research in Art Education and The Arts = بحوث في التربية والفنون

"Research in Art Education and Arts" is a scientific journal published by the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University. The first issue of the journal was published in July 2000, and it is published quarterly (three issues per year). The journal relies on the peer review system in the evaluation of published research and adopts international standards and codes in artistic practices, authorship, evaluation, and scientific publication, which guarantee it a decent academic level. The journal specializes in publishing multidisciplinary research in art education. The journal defines the scope of art education research not only in terms of the role of arts in all its branches in education of all types and stages, but also the role of arts in general in supporting society to absorb the culture of its era and its tools, and to add a human touch to what it imposes of science and technology and what it proposes of new values and concepts that reshape the culture of contemporary society.
