Facade Design and Engineering

Description: JFDE has been recognized by ANVUR (ITALIAN NATIONAL AGENCY FOR THE EVALUATION OF UNIVERSITIES AND RESEARCH INSTITUTES) as class A for the disciplinary sector 08/C1 - DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGICAL PLANNING OF ARCHITECTURE. The rating of scientific journals is carried out by ANVUR (ITALIAN NATIONAL AGENCY FOR THE EVALUATION OF UNIVERSITIES AND RESEARCH INSTITUTES, https://www.anvur.it/en/homepage/) to calculate the indicators used for the National Scientific Habilitation. The National Scientific Habilitation (ASN) is a requirement to apply for permanent positions of Full and Associate Professor in Italian Universities. ANVUR is entrusted with assessing full professors applying for membership in the National Committees which examine candidates for both positions. ANVUR also proposes to the Ministry the minimum values of the indicators of scientific qualification used in the ASN procedure. Finally, ANVUR rates scientific journals to calculate such indicators in humanities and social sciences.
